Daily Life on Campus: Extracurricular Activity

Every campus or university has a lot of extracurricular activities. Extracurricular activities on campus
are various. These activities are various because they are provided for students’ hobby. As an example,
students who like sports could join kind of sports clubs like karate, football, basketball, and so on.
Also some students prefer academic activity. They would join academic club activities like journalistic,
research, and so on.

Joining club in campus brings you a lot of advantages. First, you will learn something that not taught in
class. As an example, you join karate club and learn about self defense. That knowledge would not taught
in class. Second, you will found a lot of various friends. You would meet various friends because club
members not only from one faculty but also different faculties. As a result, you can share and exchange
your experience with them.

Before you join a club, you have to pay attention to several things. First, you should join club that suit
your hobby. If you join club you dislike, you will get bored easily. Thus, you won’t get anything from the
club. Second, you have to manage your schedule and time well. Sometimes, you found club activities
busy and more exciting. Therefore, you forget your obligation to study. That would be bad for you. In
order to solve the problem, you must manage your time well between 2 activities: club activity and
study.
